Indiana (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Indiana's school voucher program will undergo the scrutiny of the Indiana Supreme Court.
At issue is whether the program violates the state constitution.
The court has scheduled arguments for and against the program for November 21st.
Currently about 8,000 students are using vouchers to attend private schools.
