INDIANAPOLIS (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The Indiana House may take up a bill that would ban texting while driving for everyone behind the wheel as early as Tuesday.
Also, legislators may add additional penalties for talking on a cell phone.
An outright ban on cell calls while driving hasn't come up for debate yet.
But a House committee has had preliminary discussions of a proposal to make it a felony to injure someone in an accident while talking on a cell phone.
