INDIANA (Indiana's NewsCenter) - The 36,000 Hoosiers who collected unemployment and later found ineligible will have to pay it all back.
The Indiana Department of Workforce Development is sending out notices that these individuals will also have to repay the $25 a week 'stimulus' payment they received.
This comes after the state already sent bills for repayment of the main unemployment benefits.
If you don't pay, officials will intercept future tax refunds, lottery winnings and future unemployment claims.
