INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Fort Wayne State Senator Tom Wyss is pushing to protect women from embarrassing secret pictures.
A Senate Committee is expected to consider the Republican's bill Wednesday.
He wants to make it illegal for people to take and distribute so-called "up-skirt" pictures or videos of people in public without their consent.
Wyss says the current law only prohibits such photos in private places and doesn't cover the internet.
