WASHINGTON (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The Supreme Court will review the largest employment discrimination lawsuit in U.S. history.
The Justices have decided to review a suit brought against Wal-Mart that claims the retailer pays women less than men and doesn't promote them as often.
The suit could involve back pay for up to 1.5 million women, and billions of dollars.
