MUNCIE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - A crying 16-year-old girl tells staff at her high school that she's just been raped in a bathroom.
But school officials at Muncie Central High School didn't call police, and instead asked her to write a report about the incident.
Four hours after the allege assault the teen was taken to the hospital and police were contacted.
By the time detectives learned of the girl's claim, custodians had already cleaned the bathroom where the rape allegedly occurred.
