Cold Prescriptions Bill Dies In House Committee

INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The bill requiring you to get a prescription for cold medicines is dead in the water.

An Indiana House Committee declined to take up the issue Wednesday, saying there was not enough support for it.

An Indiana Senate Bill is still in play that would use electronic tracking of medications commonly used to manufacture methamphetamine.
