WELLS COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - A former Bluffton-Harrison School Teacher was sentenced on 3-felony counts of sexual misconduct with a minor.
36-year-old Tracey Pace was sentenced to 4 years, with two years suspended, after pleading guilty in July to performing sexual acts on a teenager from January to March in 2007.
Pace was not a teacher at the time and the teen was not a student in the school system.
She was also charged with sending pornographic pictures to a minor in 2007.
She had been on administrative leave while her case was pending.
