INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Indiana lawmakers return to work Monday, after missing two days last week due to weather conditions.
On the agenda is possibly eliminating township governments, making the state's ban on gay marriage part of the Indiana Constitution, and restrictions on abortion.
Also being considered, a bill that would mandate state documents to be in English only.
The measure would also allow police to enforce immigration law.
Plus, the House Ways and Means Committee will discuss the new two-year budget.
