INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - A northern Indiana man charged with threatening Indiana 2nd District Congressman Joe Donnelly made his first appearance in federal court Monday morning.

46-year-old Brett Keiling was arrested last week. Court documents say Keiling called Donnelly's office and told a staff member he would stab her because he felt Donnelly had stabbed him in the back.
