Judge Orders "Stay" On Friends And Neighbors Case

INDIANA/ FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - An Indiana Supreme Court ruled late Tuesday regarding an embattled Fort Wayne group home.

The judge ruled that until a hearing before the Supreme Court, the Family and Social Services agency 'couldn’t’ terminate its contract with "Your Friends and Neighbors".

It was six-days ago we reported the FSSA was still trying to exercise what they called their right to end the relationship for no cause with a sixty-day notice.
