INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Concern is being expressed over a proposed Indiana law that would allow power, gas, and water companies to have their rates set annually by a state formula rather then by the state's Regulatory Commission.
The law also gives utilities the option to take part in the annual rate review to set the formula.
Those against the proposal say they fear there will be large and frequent rate increases.
