FORT WAYNE (Ind.) Indiana's NewsCenter - The driver in that wreck that brought down a large overhead railroad signal is identified by police as w323-year-old Renee D. Richardson of Fort Wayne.

Westbound lanes of Airport Expressway at the railroad crossing were closed after Richardson rammed into the railroad signal, causing about $100,000 in damage, closing a part of the road and inconveniencing motorists.

Police who responded to the scene at about 7:30 am found that a black Ford Explorer SUV driven by Richardson had struck the railroad signal on Airport Expressway (between Ardmore Avenue and Bluffton Road), causing the railroad signal to fall onto the roadway.

Richardson had minor injuries.
