Should the Hoosier state outlaw smoking in public places?
INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - An Indiana House has approved a statewide smoking ban with a few exceptions.
Under the current bill casino, bars, clubs and nursing homes would be exempt from the ban.
The bill now goes before the Senate for consideration.
Governor Mitch Daniels says he would sign the ban if it reaches his desk.
