Was It Or Wasn’t It A Blizzard?

INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Most places in the viewing area saw 10 inches of snow and ice the last couple of days in addition to wind gusts exceeding 50 miles per hour. But did the storm meet the requirements to call it a blizzard?

Chief Meteorologist Curtis Smith gives us the details on what exactly happened out there.
