Alleged Toy Gun Hold-Up Could Lead to Armed Robbery Charges for Boys, 8 and 10

According to the Detroit News, a pair of Michigan boys could be facing charges, included armed robbery, for allegedly using a toy gun to hold up some elementary school classmates for candy and snacks earlier this week.

The boys have been identified and will be brought in  for police questioning soon and a juvenile prosecutor will consider chargers after that, according to The Detroit News.
