Former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky, who is facing more than 50 counts of child sex abuse, will be in court on Tuesday for a preliminary hearing in the case, according to CNN.
Some of Sandusky's accusers are likely to testify, according to the CNN report. Sandusky, meanwhile, is unlikely to testify, the report says.
