According to the Orlando Sentinel, a 42-year-old Florida man was arrested Thursday on attempted murder charges for allegedly attempting to set his wife on fire with cooking oil.
According to the Sentinel story, police said the man allegedly poured a bottle of cooking oil under the door of the bathroom where the woman was hiding and ignited it with a lighter. The man is facing additional charges because the couple's three children were home at the time of the incident, according to the Sentinel story.
