Tebow's Overtime Touchdown Pass Sets Sports-Tweet Record on Twitter

According to Twitter, Tim Tebow's overtime touchdown pass that sent the Denver Broncos to a dramatic playoff victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday established a sports-Tweets-per-second record on the microblogging giant.

A Tweet by Twitter on Monday said Tebow's latest comeback victory resulted in 9,420 Tweets-per-second.
