According to the Tampa Bay Times, a 38-year-old Florida man who was sentenced to 12 years in prison last year after pleading guilty to three counts of DUI manslaughter stemming from a 2007 crash that killed three people has filed a lawsuit against the deceased driver of the other vehicle.
In a lawsuit filed last month, the man claims that the driver of the other vehicle was responsible for the crash, and he's asking that relatives of the victims pay him $15,000 in damages, according to the Tampa Bay Times report.
