#5: Caribou, Maine (average annual temperature of 39.7 degrees)
#4: Jackson, Wyoming (average annual temperature of 39.4 degrees)
#3: Gunnison, Colorado (average annual temperature of 38.1 degrees)
#2: International Falls, Minnesota (average annual temperature of 37.8 degrees)
#1: Barrow, Alaska (average annual temperature of 11.7 degrees)
