Girl Dragged 900 Feet After Backpack Gets Stuck in School Bus Door

According to WBNG television in Binghamton, N.Y., an 8-year-old New York girl was dragged 900 feet after her backpack got stuck in the door of a school bus during an incident last week.

The girl was treated for minor injuries and taken to an area hospital, according to the WBNG report.

The bus driver was dropping off a group of students last Wednesday and closed the door without realizing the girl's backpack was stuck, according to the report. The driver stopped the bus after students started yelling.
