According to Philly.com, police said a 27-year-old Philadelphia man was arrested and charged Wednesday for allegedly shooting and killing his 47-year-old neighbor during a dispute over dog poop.
Police said the shooting occurred after the victim confronted the man Tuesday afternoon about not picking up after his two dogs in their neighborhood, according to the Philly.com report.
