According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, a judge in Ohio gave a man a choice this week: Post a Facebook apology to his estranged wife, or go to jail for 30 days.
The man, who was found in contempt after ripping his estranged wife in a Facebook post in November, must post the apology on his Facebook page for 30 straight days, according to the Enquirer story.
