According to the Long Beach (Calif.) Press-Telegram, police said a 10-year-old girl died Friday night after being involved in a fight with an 11-year-old classmate earlier in the day.
The girl's death was ruled by a coroner as a homicide due to blunt force trauma, according to the Press-Telegram report. No weapons were used in the fight, according to the Press-Telegram.
