According to the Bismarck (N.D.) Tribune, a 37-year-old North Dakota man has been charged with felony aggravated assault for allegedly using a cattle prod on his ex-girlfriend during a dispute last weekend.
Police allege the man shocked the woman with a 5-foot-long cattle prod during an argument over money, according to the Bismarck Tribune report.
