Talk about getting popped.
According to the Naples (Fla.) Daily News, a 52-year-old Florida man is facing a felony theft charge for allegedly pouring himself a soda at a McDonald's restaurant and walking out without paying for it.
The charges were upgraded to a felony because the suspect has previous petty theft convictions, according to the Naples Daily News story.
