Man Falls to Death During Helicopter Rescue Operation

A rescue gone wrong.

According to the Austrian Independent, a helicopter pilot could face manslaughter charges in connection with a Sunday incident in which a rescue expert fell to his death while being lowered to free a trapped climber.

Two other rescuers were critically injured in the incident, according to the Austrian Independent report.
