According to The Guardian newspaper, 12 people have been arrested in Great Britain for allegedly tweeting the name of a rape victim in the case involving soccer star Ched Evans. Evans was convicted of rape and sentenced to five years in jail last month, according to The Guardian.
According to The Guardian, victims of rape are legally entitled to anonymity for life in Britain.
