A sad story out of Chicago.
According to the Chicago Tribune, the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is investigating the deaths of 5-month old twins who were found at dead in their crib on Thursday morning.
The twins' mother thinks they may have been accidentally suffocated by a blanket, according to the Tribune report.
