Pregnant Woman Who Was Abducted, Shot and Set On Fire Over Weekend Gives Birth

She avoided death and provided life just a few days later.

According to the Detroit Free Press, a 22-year-old Michigan woman has given birth to a baby boy just days after being abducted, shot and set on fire during a harrowing ordeal. The woman played dead in in order to survive and get away, according to the Free Press story.
