According to TBO.com, three teenage boys were arrested this week and stand accused of hitting a 17-year-old runner in the face with an egg on Sunday night.
The victim suffered a broken bone around his right eye, according to the TBO.com report. The three suspects -- boys ages 17, 16 and 16 -- were taken to juvenile detention and charged with felony battery, according to the TBO.com story.
