The less sleep you get, the greater your stroke risk.
According to a USA Today story, those are the findings of a study released this week at the annual meeting of the Associated Professional Sleep Societies in Boston.
The study, which spanned three years and analyzed 5,666 adults, found that those who get less than six hours of sleep a night have a stroke risk that is four times higher than those who get more sleep, according to the USA Today story.
