Mother Pleads Guilty to Beating Daughter, Gluing Child's Hands to Wall

According to the Dallas Morning News, a 23-year-old Texas woman pleaded guilty this week to charges that she beat her 2-year-old daughter and glued her hands to a wall during an incident in September.

The woman is scheduled to be sentenced in September, according to the Dallas Morning News report.
