A scary -- and strange -- story out of Florida.
According to a report from the Daytona Beach News-Journal, police said a 21-year-old college student was scammed out of $2,000 as part of a fake ransom demand for his twin brother.
According to the News-Journal report, police said the student received a phone call saying that this twin brother had been kidnapped and would be killed if he did not pay the money.
