According to a news release from the Tampa (Fla.) Police Department, a 37-year-old female substitute teacher was arrested this week for child abuse for allegedly abusing a autistic 5-year-old student.
According to the news release from Tampa police:
The suspect became upset with the victim because he was not listening. The suspect allegedly grabbed the victim by the straps on his backpack, dragged him and forced him to sit in the chair. The victim threw his shoe at the suspect. The suspect allegedly took the victim’s shoe and used it to grind against the victim’s face.
