A shocking story from Arizona over the weekend.
According to a report from the Arizona Daily Star, an infant girl was found abandoned in a duffel bag outside an Arizona apartment building over the weekend. The girl was in good condition, according to police. Authorities are searching for the child's mother, according to the Arizona Daily Star report.
