Florida City Bans Saggy Pants

No saggy pants allowed in a Florida city beginning next year.

According to a report from Florida Today, the city of Cocoa passed an ordinance this week banning saggy pants beginning next year. The Florida Today report says the new ordinance will ban pants or skirts that expose underwear or skin more than three inches below a person's waistline.
