Mother and Her Two Young Children Found Dead, Brother-In-Law in Custody, Police Say

A shocking story from California.

According to a report from the Sacramento Bee, a California mother and her two young children were found dead at their home Tuesday, and police said the woman's 19-year-old brother-in-law has been arrested on three counts of murder.
