A bizarre story from Los Angeles.
According to a report from California television station KTLA, police in California said a 19-year-old female driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI early Monday morning after reportedly losing control of the vehicle she was driving and hitting and killing a man and woman sleeping on a Los Angeles sidewalk.
