A shocking story from Iowa.
According to a report from the Des Moines Register, police said a 45-year-old man and a 44-year-old woman have been arrested on imprisonment and neglect charges for allegedly locking their adopted teenage children in the basement of their home for weeks. The children were only allowed out to attend school, according to the Des Moines Register report.
