A strange story courtesy of Granite Broadcasting sister station WBNG in Binghamton, N.Y.
According to the WBNG report, a 37-year-old New York man was arrested after police said he allegedly tried to flush crack cocaine down a toilet that was broken. The man was charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence, according to the WBNG report.
