Note This: Police Officer Gives Motorist Ticket, $100 Bill

A heartwarming story from Texas last week.

According to Texas television station KHOU, a police officer in Plano, Texas reportedly gave a motorist a ticket for an expired registration -- along with a $100 bill. The motorist used the money to update his registration, according to the KHOU report.
