A strange story from Illinois courtesy of Granite Broadcasting sister station CiNewsNow.com.
According to the CINewsNow.com report:
Police in Peoria, Ill., are investigating an armed robbery that took place in the 200 block of E. Ravine Avenue Tuesday morning.
Witnesses say that the victims were looking for someone who told them that they had a TV for sale at around 9:30 am.
When the victims approached the address, a black male wearing a black coat with brown fur on the hood pulled out a handgun and struck one of the victims with the weapon. The suspect then took the victim's money and fled toward the 1800 block of Peoria Avenue.
Police are still investigating the robbery.
