A new kind of hostage negotiation resulted in the arrest of a Florida woman, according to authorities.
According to a news release from the Charlotte County (Fla.) Sheriff's Office, a 43-year-old woman was arrested and charged with grand theft and dealing in stolen property for allegedly finding an iPhone that was left in the restroom of a Walmart store and demanding $100 from the phone's owner for its return.
