A game of tug of war turned into a scary situation at a California high school on Monday.
According to a report from California television station KTLA, two students at a California high school had fingers severed while playing a game of tug of war with approximately 40 classmates at school.
Both of the students -- one boy and one girl -- were taken to a hospital where doctors performed surgery to reattach the fingers, according to the KTLA report.
