A guilty plea for a Minnesota man in connection with a Halloween incident.
According to a report from Minnesota television station WCCO, a Minnesota man on Monday pleaded guilty to second-degree assault for pointing an AK-47 assault rifle at a group of kids he thought stole Halloween candy from one of his children. The man is scheduled to be sentenced later this month, according to the WCCO report.
