Jackpot! Woman Buys Fiance Winning $1 Million Lottery Ticket

According to a report from The Poughkeepsie Journal, a New York woman hit the jackpot recently when she bought her fiance a winning $1 million lottery ticket. The winning ticket is worth $33,090 a year over 20 years, according to The Poughkeepsie Journal report.
