Dirty Work: Man Accused of Assaulting Neighbor With Mud

According to a report from the Daytona Beach News-Journal, a 30-year-old Florida man was arrested over the weekend and charged with battery on a person over the age of 65 for allegedly assaulting his 68-year-old female neighbor with mud after he became upset the woman over watered her yard and caused a mud puddle to form in his driveway..

The man reportedly scooped up a shovelful of mud and threw it at the woman, striking her with it, according to the Daytona Beach News-Journal report.
