Role Reversal: Teacher Suspended For Falling Asleep in Class

According to a report from the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, a 42-year-old male science teacher at a Florida High School was suspended this week for two days without pay for falling asleep during class last month.

In an administrative complaint the teacher claimed he fell asleep because he had been up with his baby the previous night, according to the Sun-Sentinel report.

The school district charged the teacher with misconduct in office and incompetence, according to the Sun-Sentinel report.
